Please be aware of our booking policies prior to booking your appointment with Aceso Aesthetics, by booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our booking policy.

Bookings

A booking fee is required for all new clients and all appointments booked online. Online appointments are not confirmed until the required booking fee has been paid.

Existing clients may also book future appointments in clinic at the conclusion of their appointment. Appointments booked in person are confirmed at the time they are made, regardless of whether the automated booking fee request has been paid.

Please note that clients who book in clinic may still receive an automated email and SMS requesting payment of a booking fee. This notification is generated automatically by our booking system and does not affect the confirmation status of appointments booked in clinic.

All confirmed appointments remain subject to our Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show Policy regardless of whether a booking fee has been paid.

Appointments are scheduled to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to adjust appointment times where necessary. All prices are subject to change without notice. Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

Deposits

A booking fee is required for all new clients and all appointments booked online to secure your booking.

The booking fee is non refundable and is required before an online appointment is confirmed. If the booking fee is not paid, the appointment will not be confirmed online.

Your credit card details are securely stored through our Fresha booking system in accordance with Fresha's Privacy Policy.

Where a booking fee has been waived for an existing client booking made in clinic, the appointment remains confirmed and all Booking Policy terms, including Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show Policies, continue to apply.

Cancellations

Cancellations made outside the 48 hour notice period will result in your booking fee being retained.

If no booking fee has been paid, Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to charge the cancellation fee to your nominated card saved securely on file, up to the value of the required booking fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment value, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment where at least 48 hours notice is provided.

Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not have sufficient time to complete their treatment, as this can throw off time for entire day of appointments and result in negatively impacting other clients with bookings that same day.

Late arrivals may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of Aceso Aesthetics. Appointments that cannot proceed due to a late arrival may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment value, as that appointment time cannot be filled at such short notice.

No Shows

No shows are not permitted.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled treatment value.

Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice may be refused future bookings at the discretion of Aceso Aesthetics.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible as a courtesy and to allow the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Refunds

There are no refunds on services rendered.

Health & Safety

For health and safety reasons, only the treating staff and the client are permitted in the treatment room.

If you wish to bring another person with you, please contact Aceso Aesthetics prior to your appointment. Arriving with additional guests without prior approval may result in your appointment being cancelled and treated as a No Show.

Illness

Cancellations due to illness remain subject to the standard Booking Policy.

Quotes & Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed appointments with a paid booking fee will be honoured at the quoted treatment price, unless a change to the treatment is required following consultation or assessment.

Prices provided via our website, price list, email, SMS, telephone, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or any other form of communication are estimates based on the information available at the time they are provided.

While every effort is made to provide an accurate quote, Aceso Aesthetics reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, omissions or incorrect quotations at any time.

Quotes provided from photographs, videos or information supplied by a client are indicative only. An in person consultation and assessment provides the most accurate evaluation of the treatment area, skin condition and treatment requirements. A quotation does not constitute a treatment plan. Final treatment recommendations are based on an in person clinical assessment and professional judgement on the day of treatment. Where the treatment required differs from the original information provided, the quoted price may be adjusted accordingly.

Additional treatment time, advanced techniques, correction of previous cosmetic tattoo, changes to the treatment plan, additional treatment areas, specialised products, advanced modalities or other clinical recommendations may result in a revised treatment cost. Any changes, recommendations and associated fees will always be discussed with you and agreed upon before treatment commences.

For treatments requiring an in person consultation and assessment, including the Aceso Introductory Facial, Aceso Customised Facial and other treatments advertised with pricing stated as "from", the final treatment plan and investment will be determined following assessment on the day. If the treatment originally booked is not considered suitable, alternative treatment recommendations may be made. Any revised treatment recommendations and pricing will always be discussed with you before proceeding, and treatment will only be performed with your agreement.
